~things you can buy from our kitchen~

Whenever I see a room I love on the internet, I always want to know where to purchase the items in it.
Not that you are just dying to know where I buy my things, but in case you are curious, I have come up with a list.

The door decal of our address I bought off etsy years ago and I don't remember the seller.
You can find similar here.

The urn that the lilacs are in is one of my favorites.
It moves room to room, and it comes in various sizes. You can find mine here.
The barn wood framed photos are from here.

I have had this clock for about 10 years and it moves from room to room.
It's huge, love it's scale.
You can find it here.

The vase below is antique but similar ones can be found here.

This rug runner is super.
It actually burned when our dishwasher caught fire, and I need to replace it!

It's funny how it's sometimes the small things that make a space.
This hand soap has the freshest scent and while it is a little pricey, I say it's worth it!

These barstools came from Pier One years ago and they don't carry them anymore.
However, I found similar ones here.
And they are on sale!

{I painted mine}

Every time I go into Anthropologie I pick up another one of these mugs.
Love, love, love them.
I have two kinds here.
They are really fun to spell out words too like "love" and use them as vases!

This mug rack is vintage but you can find a really inexpensive smaller version here,
which I have as well.

Happy weekend!

~recent purchases~

I was home all week with the kids on break while my husband was away on business.
I managed to get a lot done, including painting the dining and living room, which I will share shortly.
But, when I couldn't go out, I turned to the computer for a little shopping fun :)

Here are some of my online purchases that I cannot wait to arrive!

These Joss and Main antlers:

From Restoration Hardware, I scored this chair on sale which will hopefully serve as a good one for our computer desk:

And, a few more of these to add to my mug tree:

And one last thing, a little more personal, was this Diptyque hair and body oil.
You guys this stuff is worth the price tag, it smells good and a little goes a long way!

What are some of your favorites lately?

~loving~{pops of color}

Maybe it's the hope of spring on the horizon.
Maybe it's the blank slate I am left with after Christmas.
Whatever it is, I am really loving fresh pops of color lately.
Here are a few of my favorites:

Yarn bombed antlers!

I see a DIY in my near future!

I just ordered this print and still want more from her collection!

I'm thinking about adding some colorful plates mixed in with my white ironstone on my dining room walls.
These I just love!

I am also thinking about adding some color to our dining room hutch shelves with these.

Oh, more of these too!

And finally, I recently discovered this blog which is full of color and fun crafts!

Here's to a happy color filled week!

~knockoff Anthropologie wreath~{DIY}

I have wanted to make one of these wreaths for a long time.
Then my blogging buddy Tara made one and made it look so simple that I had
to try it. It cost about $33 to make and the only thing
I did different, was I used hot glue and she
used straight pins.

You can get the full instructions and supply list here!
