~free printables~

Thank you for your understanding of my need to unplug for a few.
We lost a friend a week ago today unexpectedly and something like that just leaves you kind of numb.
Hoping to get back into the swing of things this week, but bear with me if my posts are sporadic!

With that being said, I wanted to share a few of my favorite free printables with you.
I have a Pinterest board dedicated just to this.
{where you can find the sources for all these as well}

I used to think printables were just for framing, but you can do so much more with them, like cute little labels for coffee or food:

I must try these ice cream cone wrappers this summer, too cute:

I've always been a sucker for vintage children's graphics, love these alphabet cards:

Talk about thrifty decor. Wrap old cans with these free printables and voila, cute vases or containers for anything!

I could think of a million ways to use these printable library cards:

I made these pantry labels a while back. Print them on sticker paper, cut out, and add to your pantry jars.

Pie boxes~wow, too cute.

And you can't go wrong with these cute gift tags:

Remember to head on over to my Pinterest board for links, and also for a ton more!

~free is good~{our new outdoor table}

My friend recently moved and was getting rid of a wood table.
Seeing as how our outdoor table had seem better days, I hauled it home.

It had a big wood top on it that I wasn't crazy about,
{but am saving for another project!}
  so I took that off and simply added three 8' long pieces of scaffolding wood.

I pushed our old chairs up to it and added different stools to each end
{both of which were free as well, don't you love free?}

I added a row of pumpkins to the top and some twigs for fall.
Tonight it's raining, but I am hoping tomorrow we can eat dinner outside.

~my new potting bench~

I was driving to pick my son up from a birthday party a couple weeks ago, and out of the corner of my eye,
a FREE sign caught my attention. Can you hear my tires squealing?
Check out this bad boy, all 8 feet of it......

Gorgeous right? Super old, super sturdy, and heavy as heck.

I brought it home my husband reluctantly drove over to the strangers house to pick up yet another free thing I had to have. He was super happy it was really light. Wink-wink.

Fast forward a week later and I am out at it again. This time a garage sale that was advertised as vintage treasures. Here is what I hauled home, and yes, this one fit in my car.

I knew when I saw it that it would make a great match for my free bench.
They make a great pair don't they?

So yesterday, I fixed it all up and outfitted it with all my gardening supplies.
And now presenting, way more photos than you probably care to see.

I am so excited to have a place to keep all my gardening stuff together finally! And the whole setup was under $35.00 Can't beat that!
