~hope you all had a great Halloween~
I found this HUGE vintage dress at a thrift shop and had to have it!
So I made a shell topped tiara {here} and went as
miss Sea-attle. Follow me on Instagram to see the rest of the photos!

~how to make a under the sea crown~
I've been putting together bits and pieces of my Halloween
costume. I really wanted a over the top crown fit for
a sea creature. Here is what I came up with:
I started out with this crown from the Dollar Tree:
Then I ripped off the pink jewels and fur and got started hot glueing on shells that I took off a thrift store necklace.
Then just start layering on more shells.
I have a bin in my studio full of shells.
There's also some coral, and misc. other things.
I glued those on too. I even added a little bling.
That is it!
A super simple project that would be cute if you
are going to be a mermaid or anything else along those lines!
