~a healthy lunch option~

It's sorta like a BLT, and really you can add anything you like.
This is just my version of one of my favorite quick lunches.

~protein packed bacon omelet bites~

I recently found this recipe here and knew I had to try it.

These are so good and so filling because of all the protein!



I didn't use the avocado, simply because I didn't have any. I also used turkey
bacon rather than regular bacon. Trader Joes has great turkey bacon.
I seriously have been eating these for breakfast lunch and dinner, and one out of two kids ate these :)

I broke down the nutritional info for you too, making it with turkey bacon and no avocado.

3 grams carbs
and
17.8 grams protein
